Career Transition Workshop


In today's fast pace business environment, organizational change is the order of the day. As organizations right size or re-structure, jobs often are eliminated, causing employees to transition to new companies and / or new careers. We help employees in career transition build job search skills and confidence. We provide the tools they need to find new employment quickly. We can also consult with management to help plan the layoff strategy, and can provide "Notifier Training" for those managers who will conduct the termination interviews.
