MJF Associates recently visited the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut in Hartford to talk about Executive Coaching. The topic was: Executive Coaching: Can it help to Boost your Game?
The talk covers how leaders can hire and use a coach to help build solid strategic and tactical plans, as well as the skills needed to execute effectively. The talk also covers the benefits of coaching and how, in the long run, coaching can have a big payoff -- think building a business case!
The objectives of the presentation are for participants to:
Understand the role of a coach and how they can benefit the organization
Be able to make better decisions about when to hire a coach, and who can benefit from coaching
Make better selection decisions when hiring a coach
Align the coaching approach with the needs of the organization
