Mark J. Friedman, Ph.D., is a principal in MJF Associates and has over 25 years of experience in Consulting and Leadership Development. Mark has worked in industry and government with such companies as RCA, Eli Lilly, Conoco, Tenneco, The Tennessee Valley Authority, the United States Postal Service Houston Division, Houston Independent School District, The Port of Houston Authority, Hewlett-Packard, BP, URS Washington Division, ABB Lummus Global, Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank of Texas), St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital, Memorial Herman Hospital, and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals. He has consulted internationally with companies such as Industrias AlEn (Monterrey, Mexico), Gulfsands Petroleum (London) and with the Canada Training Group (Saskatchewan).
Mark holds a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Friedman is on the board of the Houston Area Industrial / Organizational Psychologists (HAIOP); he is the Director of People Development for the PEER Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing performance and productivity by helping employees find meaning and satisfaction in their work, and an active member of the HR Alliance (a local group of Human Resources Professionals) and the Houston Coaches Association.
Douglas Pearson
Douglas Pearson has over 30 years experience in organizational development and training, running his own businesses and in general management. He partners with other consultants nationally and internationally to staff large projects or to deliver special services.
Doug has a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a Ph.D (ABD) from U.C.L.A. He has taught at Southern Methodist University (where he also ran the MBA program), The University of Puget Sound, Pacific Lutheran University and Houston Baptist University. He also directed all employee development programs at Panhandle Eastern Corporation for ten years.

Stanley Santire, J.D.
Stanley Santire has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer and executive. In addition to his law practice, he is currently the Executive Director of the PEER Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing performance and productivity by helping employees find meaning and satisfaction in their work. Stanley is also active as a national lecturer on employment law and management. He is a co-editor to the Texas Bar Labor and Employment Section Newsletter and has written several professional articles including a recent review of the HIPPA Handbook, which appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association. He is also an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University.
Mr. Santire received his J.D. degree from The University of Texas Law School and is a member of the Texas Bar (Texas Labor & Employment Section), Houston Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
